The Flower Mound Police Department has responded to 16 related incidents of vandalism in the Bridlewood neighborhood since November.
The bulk of the damage has been to the Bridlewood Golf Course, club house, and homeowner’s association property, including the pools and monument signs.
In the most recent incident at the Bridlewood Amenity Center, someone poured pool chemicals on the pool deck, toilet papered trees, and threw chlorine tablets and pool furniture into the pool around midnight last Sunday morning.
Surveillance footage shows a young adult male suspect wearing athletic style clothing, gloves and a mask, resembling the one used in the movie “Scream.”
Due to the extent of the vandalism, police believe multiple parties are involved.
Individuals with information regarding these incidents are requested to contact the Flower Mound Police Department Tip Line at 972-874-3307.
Denton County Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects. Informants will remain anonymous and can leave a tip at 1.800.388.TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online at www.dentoncountycrimestoppers.com/wanteds.aspx.
