The non-profit Love Thy Neighbor organization is holding an underwear drive for the Lewisville Salvation Army.
“There is a great need of donations for new underwear for children and adults of all ages,” said volunteer Mary Ann Saxton.
Saxton said that the theme of the campaign is “Drop Your Drawers for the Salvation Army”.
Those that would like to donate new underwear can stop by the Salvation Army Lewisville Service Center, 207 Elm Street, Lewisville, TX 75067. Donation receipts are available.
The Salvation Army Lewisville Service Center helps those in Denton County in immediate crisis by providing food, clothing and financial assistance.
