A strong second half rally lifted Flower Mound past Grapevine Tuesday evening in the bi-district round of the playoffs, as the Jaguars boys basketball team defeated the Mustangs 60-55 to advance to the area round.
Flower Mound outscored Grapevine 30-21 in the second half of the game to get the victory.
Jacob Feickert and Ryan Reibly scored 18 points a piece in the game to lead the way for the Jags, while Justin Gammill tacked on 12 points.
Gearen Littlefield, Brandon Langley and Sam Montgomery combined for 12 points in the game, as well.
Flower Mound moved to 26-10 on the season with the victory, and will square off with Killeen Ellison at a time and date to be determined in the area round.
