Due to overcrowding concerns, Tuesday night’s Flower Mound school rezoning community meeting has been moved from McKamy Middle School to the Lewisville High School Harmon Campus, 1250 West Round Grove Road (FM 3040), Lewisville, TX 75067. The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Citizens will have the opportunity to provide their input and ask questions during a two-minute timeframe. To ensure that every campus is represented, the first speaker who signs up from each school will have the opportunity to speak first. Afterward, speaker cards will be drawn to call the next speaker, similar to a lottery process.
Following the community meetings, the committee will reconvene to consider suggestions and requests before presenting two proposals to the LISD Board of Trustees.
