The Flower Mound Police Department is inviting the community to its annual Open House event next weekend.
The Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 12 at the Flower Mound Police Station, 4150 Kirkpatrick Lane. Families can take a tour of the station, get an up-close look at some of the department’s vehicles and meet K-9 Officer Ares.
Police Department staff will be making digital child ID kits and free hot dogs, popcorn and bottled water will be provided. Staff will also be offering free child safety seat inspections, but appointments are preferred. To make an appointment, call 972-874-3343.
