There is a lot of mystery behind the gates of Robson Ranch. Many in or neighboring communities don’t realize that our golf course and food services (including the Grill restaurant) are open to the public. Even less known is that we have one of the best local Farmers Markets right on Robson property. It too is open to the general public.
The Farmers Market opens every Friday just down the road from Exit 79 on I35W. Weather permitting, the Farmers Market is open every Friday from 8 to 11 a.m. Just enter Robson Ranch over the bridge at our main entrance to be greeted with a smile by one of our resident greeters who will direct you to the Farmers Market parking lot. Those same greeters are sure to also welcome outside golfers and guests using our food facilities with that same big smile.
Now we have a chance to make your mouth water. Vendors for the Farmers Market might sometimes vary; but our core includes:
Doug’s’ Country Market: The finest grass-fed beef, farm-raised pork, all-natural chicken and locally grown fruits and vegetables. There is always a great selection of baked goods, snacks and jams of every type.
Pie by Kate: A variety and sizes of fruit pies including apple, blueberry, cherry, peach, strawberry-rhubarb, and pecan pie. She sells 9″ whole pies, 5″ mini pies and pie bites.
Circle N Dairy: This family-owned business brings milk, creamer, sour cream, yogurt, ice cream and a variety of raw Artisan cheeses from their farm in Gainesville.
