Voices of Flower Mound to put on ‘Diamonds and Desperadoes’ concert

The Voices of Flower Mound community chorus performs at a past concert.

The Voices of Flower Mound chorus is inviting the community to its spring concert, this time themed “Diamonds and Desperadoes.”

Under the direction of Dr. Arturo Ortega, accompanied by Paul Lees and local country musicians and featuring soloist Stephanie Raby, the concert will feature some of your favorites, including “Rocky Top,” “Friends in Low Places,” “Jolene” and many others.

The performance is scheduled for 7 p.m. on May 4 at the Lamb of God Lutheran Church, 1401 Cross Timbers Road. Advance tickets — available here — are $12 for adults and $8 for seniors and students.
