Habitat for Humanity of Denton County recently received a donation of hundreds of designer home decor and furnishing items, and the nonprofit will hold a public sale Saturday morning in Flower Mound to raise money for its mission.

A local Ethan Allen Design Center, which has a partnership with Habitat for Humanity, donated a range of home goods to the Denton County organization for resale in a local Habitat for Humanity ReStore, according to a news release.

The items that will be for resale include designer rugs, pillows, lamps, chandeliers, furniture and more. The sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church, 6101 Morriss Road, in Flower Mound.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Denton County.

“We are grateful for Ethan Allen’s partnership,” said Carol Kyer, executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Denton County, in a prepared statement. “These products give families everything they need to feel truly at home in their new Habitat houses.”
