Police investigate bank robbery

Flower Mound police are seeking a suspect involved in a bank robbery this afternoon that occurred just after 2 p.m. at Wells Fargo at FM 2499 and Chaparral.

According to police reports, a man entered the bank and presented a written note to an employee demanding money.

The suspect then left the bank in an older model black Acura sedan north on FM 2499.

No weapon was displayed during the robbery and no injuries were reported.

The suspect was described as a white male in his 40s, approximately 6’ tall, and was wearing a white ball cap, a white long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
