Another storm system will produce two separate rounds of rainfall late this week but will hopefully end before trick-or-treaters head out on Saturday night.
The first round of rain will be late Thursday night into Friday evening, with the second round on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
We may see 1-3 inches, but the jury is still out until we get closer to Thursday.
Outdoor events or activities will likely be affected Friday evening and Saturday, as all the local high school football games have been rescheduled for Thursday, but conditions will improve by Saturday evening as a cold front moves through the region.
