The Marcus baseball team battled it out with South Grand Prairie Friday evening and emerged victorious, winning 3-2 at Marcus High School.
Austin Ozee got the win for the Marauders, allowing just four hits in the game.
Nick Lewis, Austyn Laird and Romero Greer all doubled in the game for Marcus.
Game two will take place Saturday at 4 p.m. at South Grand Prairie High School.
