Mound cleanup scheduled

Countless romantic walks, first kisses and even proposals have happened on the peak of The Flower Mound over the past 50 years but nothing says romance like Styrofoam and plastic lying amongst the beautiful native grasses and flowers of our native prairie.

Well not really, so join us on Saturday, Feb. 12 at 9:00 a.m. and help spruce up The Flower Mound before Valentine’s Day on Feb. 14 and the Town’s 50th Birthday on Feb. 25.

Show your love for our community by dressing up the town’s namesake for these two special dates.

Volunteer and enjoy a rewarding morning searching high and low for every last bit of trash, exchange Hershey’s Chocolate Candy Kisses with other Mound enthusiasts and look forward to Valentine’s Day and our Town’s 50th birthday from high atop The Flower Mound.
