Lombardo files to keep seat

Mike Lombardo, 47, has filed for re-election on the May 7 ballot for Highland Village City Council, Place 3.

Lombardo has served on the Highland Village City Council since June 2014, and served on the City’s Planning and Zoning Commission from 2012 to 2014.

Lombardo is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has worked in the parking and transportation management industry for 25 years. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development Support for SP Plus Corporation, the largest parking company in North America.

“I have enjoyed my time serving the city and hope to continue my work on city council,” said Lombardo. “My ongoing goals are to ensure that our city is safe, our police and fire departments have the best people and equipment, to promote the highest quality developments and to keep our taxes low.”

Lombardo is married to his wife, Marci, of 23 years and they have two children in the Lewisville School District. They are members of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Coppell.
