The Flower Mound Fire Department is offering two free one-hour classes on the American Heart Association’s Hands-Only™ CPR method.
The class will be offered at 10 a.m. on August 29 at 10 a.m. and again on September 19. If you go, you’ll learn about cardiac arrest and how to recognize it’s happening.
You’ll also be taught the three steps of “Hands-only” CPR, and receive a basic overview of an automated external defibrillator.
This class is open to any Flower Mound Resident ages 12 and up and will be held at Flower Mound Central Fire Station located at 3911 South Broadway Avenue. Reserve a spot by calling 972.874.6270, as space is limited for the free class.
