Flower Mound Animal Services raised nearly $3,000 in December 2017 in its annual “Paws and Claws” fundraiser.

Flower Mound Animal Services has launched its annual “Paws N Claus” fundraiser for the homeless animals at the Flower Mound Animal Adoption Center.

Anytime in December, you can stop by the Adoption Center, 3950 Justin Road, to give to the fundraiser, according to a town news release. For $1, you can purchase a paper paw and decorate it with the name of a favorite pet. All proceeds will be used to pay medical bills and purchase needed supplies like dog and cat food, toys, blankets, beds and other items. Last year, the department raised more than $2,900 in the “Paws N Claus” fundraiser.
