Keep Argyle Beautiful is inviting the community to help clean up the town on Saturday morning for its Roadside Clean Up & Recycle Day.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon in the parking lot in the southeast corner of Hwy 377 and Country Club Road. Roadside Clean Up volunteers will be provided gloves, bags, vests and “grabbers” to pick up litter around Argyle. Water will be provided by The Well church.
The organization will be collecting donations of eyeglasses and sunglasses for the Argyle Lions Club, adult bikes for Singing Oaks Church and gently used sporting goods for Play it Forward Sports. There will also be garbage can cleaning demos by North Texas Sanitation.
