Cooper Walthall had touchdown runs of 22 yards, 3 yards and 23 yards as the Lions smothered Covenant on Thursday evening.
Max McCalley threw touchdown passes to Taylor Behm, Jeremy Vosberg and Gage McCallum as well, and Boston Arthur rushed for a 12-yard touchdown.
The Lions defense held Covenant to 105 yards of total offense in the game and had an interception return and fumble recovery.
Coram Deo will host Founders Classical Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 5.
Prestonwood Christian 49, Liberty Christian 20
Liberty Christian got down early on Thursday and were never able to recover as the Warriors lost to Prestonwood Christian by a score of 49-20.
Liberty trailed 35-0 after the first quarter before Daniel Greek hit Adam Johnson on a 4-yard touchdown pass.
Prestonwood led 42-6 at half time.
Greek would connect with Blake Galan on a 26-yard pass and Johnson a second time on a 50-yard score in the fourth quarter.
Liberty Christian will play at 7 p.m. on Sept. 28 at China Spring.
