The Flower Mound Police Department’s lip sync music video was voted best in the nation in a USA TODAY contest.
FMPD received more votes than the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department in the national finals that ended on Wednesday. The vote tally was 38,210 for Flower Mound and 34,313 for Charlotte.
