Lantana HOA launches new app

Lantana residents now have the world at their fingertips with the rollout of a new HOA app and website.

As opposed to social media sites like Facebook and Nextdoor, the IAM Connected mobile app and website provide a secure way for the Lantana Community Association and residents to share news, events, and alerts.

The app, which debuted in May, makes it easy to reserve amenities, access the resident directory, check the calendar, pay assessments and view your payment history.

Another feature allows residents to send messages and photos straight from the app.

The app is available for download by texting “iamconnected” to 59248 from your smartphone.

Lantana Community Association manager Mark Norton said that the feedback from residents has been good so far.

“From our standpoint we think it’s going well. There’s some people that we’ve had to help get logged on but it’s off to a great start,” said Norton.

Norton said as more people get comfortable with the app he expects to see the usage continue to climb.

“It’s an easy app for us to use to push information to the residents. It’s very customizable on how they want to receive information from us. The homeowners are in total control here on how they want to receive information,” said Norton.

“I think once everyone gets a hold of it and starts using it they will love it.”
