The Flower Mound Fire Department announced Battalion Chief Jeff King as the new Assistant Chief of Operations.
King has been in the fire service for 23 years and previously served as driver engineer, fire captain, and battalion chief with the Town.
“Jeff has been a tremendous asset to the Flower Mound Fire Department and is the perfect fit for the Assistant Chief of Operations position,” said Chief Eric Greaser. “His knowledge, professionalism, and expertise will be vital as we move forward with the opening of Fire Stations 6 and 7.”
Assistant Chief Jeff King will assume his new role as Assistant Chief over Operations on December 19.
The public is welcome to attend Assistant Chief King’s formal Swearing-In and Badge Pinning Ceremony on Wednesday, December 21, at 8:30 a.m. at the Central Fire Station located at 3911 S. Broadway.
