High School Football Scores – Week 10

Argyle 47, Wichita Falls Hirschi 14

The Eagles handled Hirschi on Friday night on the strength of a 200 yard rushing game from running back Don Williams.

Williams scored two touchdowns, as Argyle improved to 8-0 on the season and clinched their eighth straight district title.

Trophy Club Nelson 29, Marcus 22

The Marauders came up just short on Friday night, losing to a surging Trophy Club Nelson team by one touchdown.

Justin Dinka rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns as well as pulling in a 78-yard touchdown pass in the game for Marcus.

Guyer 37, McKinney Boyd 0

The 7-2 Guyer Wildcats left no doubt on Friday night, as Myron Mason and Noah Cain combined for 293 yards and three touchdowns.

Defensively, Christian Moore had a 40-yard interception return for a touchdown for the Wildcats.

Liberty Christian 27, Bishop Dunne 23

The Warriors scored with 5:54 left in the fourth quarter to take the final lead of the game and improve to 4-2 in district play.

Jon Copeland passed for 253 yards and touchdown, and rushed for another score to lead Liberty Christian to its third straight victory.

 

Euless Trinity 41, Flower Mound 7

Flower Mound lost a tough one to Trinity on Friday night, all but ending their playoff aspirations as they move to 2-4 in conference play.

Jackson Averitt rushed for a 1-yard touchdown for the Jaguars only score of the game.

 

Coram Deo 32, FW Temple Christian 31 (OT)

Coram Deo found itself on the winning end of a dogfight that went to overtime on Friday night, pulling out a victory.

Brooks King scored a 2-point conversion in overtime to lift the Lions to victory.
