Guyer’s rush overpowers San Angelo

guyer wildcats logoGuyer earned a trip to the regional semifinals Friday with a 35-27 victory over San Angelo Central in a game where the Wildcats running game proved too powerful for Central.

Myron Mason rushed for 169 yards and three touchdowns against the Bobcats, and Noah Cain added 155 yards rushing and a touchdown to lead the way offensively for the Wildcats.

 Guyer will square off with the winner of Saturday’s Arlington Lamar/Mansfield game at 2 p.m. next Saturday at Southlake’s Dragon Stadium.
