9-03 – Welfare Concern – 400 block of Willow Way – A person was concerned about his neighbor’s welfare.

9-06 – Assault – 700 block of Oak Hollow Lane – Two people got into a fight.
9-06 – Suspicious Circumstances – 600 block of Savanna Drive – A resident reported possible drug activity at his neighbor’s house.
9-07 – Sexual Assault – 3000 block of Justin Road – Someone took a photo and video of another person without consent inside a bathroom.
9-07 – Property Found – 3000 block of Justin Road – Someone found a small bag of methamphetamine.
9-08 – Traffic – 8000 block of Village Parkway – Someone was driving without a valid license and with a previous conviction
9-08 – Theft – 2000 block of Butterfield Stage Road – Someone took a boat and trailer without permission.

9-10 – Assault – 100 block of Copperas Branch Court – Someone caused bodily injury to another person.
9-11 – Criminal Mischief – 600 block of Hidden Oak Court – Someone damaged property during an argument.
9-11 – Theft – 3000 block of Justin Road – Someone took items from Walmart without paying.
9-12 – Intoxicated Driver – 2000 block of Justin Road – Someone was arrested for their third DWI or more.

9-12 – Theft – 1000 block of Shoal Creek – Someone stole property from multiple stores
9-12 – Disturbance – 4000 block of Deer Creek – Someone broke the glass to the Barnes & Noble Bookstore during an argument
9-13 – Intoxicated Driver – 200 block of Orchid Hill Road – Someone was found asleep in a running vehicle
9-13 – Juvenile Complaint – 200 block of Village Tree Drive – Two juveniles went to a church looking for a safe place
9-13 – Traffic Accident – 4000 block of Village Parkway
9-14 – Juvenile Complaint – 200 block of Village Tree Drive – Two juveniles did not want to go to school and were threatening to leave the house without permission
9-14 – Juvenile Complaint – 300 block of Lakeland Drive
9-15 – Drug/Narcotics Violation – 600 block of Hawthorn Circle – Someone was in possession of heroin
9-15 – Drug/Narcotics Violation – 3000 block of Justin Road – Arrest made for possession of narcotics

9-16 – Suspicious Circumstances – 2000 block of Rosedale Street – Two men drove up in a van next to two females who felt the situation was suspicious
9-18 – Theft – 3000 block of Justin Road – Someone took items without paying
9-18 – Theft – 100 block of Scenic Drive – Someone took a sea cycle without permission
9-18 – Assault – 200 block of Merriman Drive – One person assaulted another person by offensive contact
9-18 – Intoxicated Driver – 3000 block of Castlewood Boulevard – Someone caused an accident while they were drunk
9-18 – Criminal Mischief – 3000 block of Kimberlee Lane – Someone intentionally caused damage to the property of another person
