Guyer girls soccer headed to state

The Guyer girls soccer team appears to be fond of 3-0 victories, as the Lady Wildcats won their fourth consecutive playoff game by that exact score Saturday afternoon.

Guyer defeated Trophy Club Nelson 3-0 in Wichita Falls to advance to the state tournament.

Brittany Crabtree scored two goals in the game for the Lady Wildcats, while Telia Young scored a goal herself.

Crabtree has five goals in Guyer’s last three playoff games.

Guyer will square off with Highland Park in the state semifinals at a time and date to be determined.
