Gloria Lopez-Bhushan comes from a family of physicians, though she took a different path to pursue dentistry – a field that combines both medical knowledge and the artistry of crafting the perfect smile.
As the owner of the new Glorious Smiles Family and Cosmetic Dentistry at 500 Flower Mound Road, Suite 101, Dr. Lopez-Bhushan brings a background of working with inner city children while attending New York University and during her residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital to Flower Mound where she also offers advanced dentistry in implants and other specialized dental care.
Working for large dental clinics in the DFW area for several years Dr. Lopez-Bhushan specialized in family and cosmetic dentistry and wanted to open an office closer to her home in Flower Mound where she could spend more time with her patients to make sure they receive top quality dental care.
“I don’t like to take shortcuts,” she said, adding she likes to take the necessary time to ensure quality service – even if it means having to do a procedure over again. She believes that your smile is the most important asset and she helps her patients make informed decisions to preserve that smile. Her office offers a full range of dental services including general, cosmetic, restorative and emergency dentistry. Dr. Lopez-Bhushan stated that every aspect of her practice is based on providing you the best care with a primary focus on you and your needs.
Dr. Lopez-Bhushan has roots in Flower Mound since 1997. She is married and has two grown children – a daughter and a son.
For Dr. Lopez-Bhushan, dentistry is about making people feel good about themselves.
“I love to be in contact with patients – what they want and what they are expecting,” Dr. Lopez-Bhushan said. “I feel like if the patient is happy, I am happy.”
