Lantana Golf Club’s Women’s Golf Association is hosting a new evening event, Concert on the Green and a Taste of Lantana, this Saturday, Oct. 6, to add an evening full of fun and entertainment along with the 7th Annual Rally for the Cure Golf Tournament.
The Taste of Lantana will feature many restaurants from the area sampling their best menu items, such as The Grotto Steakhouse, Piranha Killer Sushi, Fish City Grill, Alongi’s Italian Market and Deli, Christina’s Mexican Restaurant, Palermos, Mi Sueno and Rockfish Seafood Grill. Restaurants will be sampling from 6 to 8 p.m.
Dallas’ own Emerald City Management presents Party Machine will play at Lantana’s Concert on the Green. Party Machine takes the stage at 7 p.m.
“Each year, we increase our visibility and raise more funds for Susan G. Komen,” said Kim Schwimmer, chair for Lantana’s 2012 Rally for the Cure. “We are working to raise even more funds this year and make an impact on the fight against breast cancer while hosting a wonderful community event.”
Tickets for the evening event, Concert on the Green and Taste of Lantana are $30 for general admission or $50 for premium VIP tickets. Premium VIP tickets included reserved seating, wait staff for bar service, and complimentary valet parking provided by James Wood Cadillac. VIP tickets must be purchased in advance.
