Kevin Mercer, Lantana’s General Manager, was elected to his fourth term as President of the Upper Trinity Regional Water District at the organization’s May monthly meeting.
This will be Mercer’s final term as President of the utility due to term limits. Board members’ terms are one year in length.
Mercer joined the board in 2005 and previously served as Secretary.
The Upper Trinity Regional Water District provides wholesale water, wastewater, solid waste, and storm water services to many areas of Denton County, including Lantana.
