A small earthquake was detected near Northlake late Thursday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The 2.2-scale earthquake was recorded just before midnight a couple miles north of Northlake, WFAA reported.
Earthquakes around 2.0 on the Richter scale may only be felt slightly, if at all. A few FOX 4 viewers reported feeling the earthquake, but no damage.
