A restaurant and a yoga studio have signed leases for a future shopping center near the center of Flower Mound.
The Windsor Crossing shopping center will be located on the northeast corner of West Windsor Drive and FM 2499, just north of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. The shopping center will have nearly 25,000 square feet of commercial space among three buildings.
Mitch Traub, executive vice president of The Retail Connection agency, said two businesses have signed leases to open new locations in Windsor Crossing: Burgerim and Yoga Six. This will be Burgerim’s second location in Flower Mound, the first one opening earlier this year in Lakeside DFW.
Traub said they are talking to restaurants, service and medical uses for the remaining space.
