Foodie Friday: 2019 DFW Restaurant Week

This year marks the 22nd anniversary of DFW Restaurant Week and if you haven’t seen the lineup of restaurants participating this year yet, just plan on eating out lunch and dinner from now until Restaurant Week ends on September 1st.

A portion of this year’s proceeds will go to benefit two local charities – the North Texas Food Bank and the Lena Pope Home. So, while you’re enjoying your meal at some of the area’s finest restaurants, you’ll be raising money for these charities. What could be better than that?!

There are three local favorites near Flower Mound participating: BisteccaMi Dia from Scratch, and Yellow Rose Steak & Chop House.

Some of our other favorites participating include: Ferrari’s in GrapevineTillman’s RoadhouseKenny’s Italian Kitchen, and Nick and Sam’s.

If you’d like to see the full lineup of participating restaurants, visit the DFW Restaurant Week website.

We hope you find some time to get out this month and try a restaurant you’ve never been to before and help raise some money for the North Texas Food Bank and the Lena Pope Home.
