The Shops at Highland Village is bringing back backyard games to its Central Park later this summer.

“Shoppers can enjoy chill vibes with free family fun in the Backyard at The Shops at Highland Village,” a news release from The Shops said. The games will take place on Fridays, from July 12 through Aug. 8 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The community is invited to relax in the Backyard lounge area and partake in games like corn hole, giant Jenga, Connect Four, parachute games, horseshoes, checkers and more.

The Highland Village Police Department will be on site providing free s’mores treats during the events.

“The Shops at Highland Village is a hub of our community and the Backyard is designed to foster the community atmosphere. This gathering area will provide complimentary fun and games as well as a place for shoppers to rest and relax. We look forward to welcoming everyone to The Shops this summer,” said Ravi Wadhwa General Manager of The Shops at Highland Village.
