Shots fired in Flower Mound neighborhood

Flower Mound police found bullet holes in a vehicle after a report of shots fired in a residential area late Monday night.

According to a police news release, police received a call of shots fired in the 1800 block of Chestnut Court near FM 1171 and Morriss about 11:20 p.m. Monday. Upon arrival, officers found multiple bullet holes in an unoccupied vehicle.

No one was injured during the isolated incident, and detectives have identified a possible suspect and vehicle, according to the Flower Mound Police Department.
