Flower Mound Senior Center to host free health fair

The Flower Mound Senior Center will host a free health fair next week for active adults 50 years old and older.

The Active Adult Health and Resource Fair will be held on Aug. 10 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Flower Mound Senior Center, 2701 West Windsor Drive, according to a town news release.

Thanks to a partnership between Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Seniors In Motion Auxiliary, vendors will provide information about health and wellness, travel, nutrition, fitness, caregiving and senior housing options, according to the town. Attendees can also receive free health screenings and food samples from local restaurants. Interested vendors should send an email to [email protected].
