Farmers Market to open in Highland Village

A European-style Farmers Market is coming to Highland Village.

The Highland Village Farmers Market will open on Aug. 6 in the Highland Village Town Center parking lot at FM 407 and Highland Village Road, according to a city news release.

It’ll be every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature fresh produce, Texas meats, prepared foods, specialty foods, beauty and skin care, arts and accessories.

Four Seasons Markets, the European-Style Farmers market organizer, provides marketplaces where patrons can discover and purchase homegrown or handmade products from ranchers, farmers, specialty food producers and artisanal craftsmen in a community atmosphere that mimics the village markets popular throughout Europe.

Four Seasons has over 40 markets, including Flower Mound, Lewisville, Dallas, Addison, Allen, Richardson, Sachse, Fairview, Colleyville, Carrollton, Hebron, Sunnyvale and Irving.
