The Argyle Lady Eagles trailed the entire game and did not have an answer for the full court pressure of the Melissa Lady Cardinals on Nov. 22.
Down 17-20 at half, with freshman post Delaney Sain in foul trouble, the Lady Eagles could not get in their offensive set, falling 28-35, and missed 7 key free throws down the stretch.
The Lady Eagles will host Celina on Tuesday, Nov. 29. The boys team will also play Abilene Cooper. Games will start at 5:00 with Lady Eagle JV team, followed by varsity girls at 6:15 and Eagle basketball at 7:45 pm.
