Despite the early morning rain, a large crowd turned out Saturday morning for the Double Oak Women’s Club Annual Pancake Breakfast & Easter Egg Hunt at Double Oak Town Hall.
“A wonderful job once again by Patil Minassian and all of the Double Oak Women’s Club members who volunteered their time to work this morning,” said Mayor Pro-Tem Mike Donnelly.
The community room/council chamber was full of families enjoying a pancake breakfast, and the rain stopped just in time for the children to start their egg hunt.
“The Town of Double Oak offers its sincere thanks to the Double Oak Women’s Club and to all those who donated and volunteered for today’s event,” said Donnelly.
