Argyle Communities Civic League members joined Kohl’s Cares volunteers to go shopping for 62 needy children in the 76226 zip code during CCL’s Annual Back-To-School Program.
“Thanks to the generosity of our community business leaders as well as residents, each child will receive new clothing, shoes and personal hygiene products to help them start their new school year off in style,” said CCL board member Shantel Day.
CCL members meet at Papi’s Tex-Mex Restaurant on Hwy 377 in Argyle every second Tuesday of the month at noon. Learn more at www.cclargyle.org.
