Waco La Vega 31, Argyle 14
The season came to an end on Friday night for the Eagles who lost 31-14 to Waco La Vega in the state quarterfinals.
La Vega jumped out to a 17-0 half time lead before Argyle scored on a 7-yard pass from Bo Hogeboom to Alex Gonzales in the third quarter.
La Vega scored again before Hogeboom connected with Brandon White on an 8-yard pass to make it 24-14.
Argyle could not score again, however, and LaVega advanced.

The Eagles finished the season with an overall record of 13-1.
