Denton County Transportation Authority to conduct passenger survey

Do you ride the DCTA rails? If you do, they want to know what you think about their services.

The Denton County Transportation Authority will release its passenger satisfaction survey Monday, April 6, to gather input on its current performance and identify ways to better serve passengers.

The brief survey focuses on DCTA services and the agency’s passenger tools “Where’s My Ride” and “GORequest.”

Passengers who fill out the required survey questions will be entered to win one of three Visa gift card drawings for $100, $50 and $25. All completed surveys must be received no later than Saturday, April 18, to be entered into the drawing.

“Providing efficient mobility solutions for Denton County and enhancing the passenger experience are top priorities for DCTA,” said Jim Cline, DCTA President. “Customer feedback received from our survey will help us gauge how people perceive our current services and passengers tools, which in turn will help us make improvements to ensure our passengers have a great experience when riding DCTA.”

Passengers can return completed surveys to a DCTA representative, bus or rail operator or complete the online version at www.RideDCTA.net. Survey results will be presented to DCTA’s Board of Directors at the May 2015 Board meeting.
