Flower Mound police calls

The following is a list of recent police calls reported by the Flower Mound Police Department.

2-13 – Arrest – 4400 block of Long Prairie Road – A 42-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with three outstanding warrants for theft over $50 and under $500 from Tarrant County.

2-14 – Arrest – 1000 block of Long Prairie Road – A 24-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

2-14 – Arrest – 3400 block of Long Prairie Road – A 22-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and two outstanding warrants – one for speeding from the Southlake Police Department and one for speeding from the Grapevine Police Department.

2-14 – Theft of Service over $20 and under $500 – 2500 block of Cross Timbers Road – An individual with a business reported a known person left the premises without paying for $89 worth of service.

2-15 – Arrest – 3200 block of Seaton Court – A 22-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with charges of public lewdness and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces as well as several outstanding warrants from Euless for no liability insurance and Arlington for expired registration and no liability insurance.

2-16 – Arrest – Forest Vista Drive at Long Prairie Road – A 17-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

2-17 – Arrest – 7200 block of Interstate 35-W – A 20-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

2-17 – Arrest – 1000 block of Cross Timbers Road – A 37-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with violation of probation from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office in connection with a charge of theft of property over $20,000 and under $100,000.

2-19 – Theft of Property over $500 and under $1,500 – 2700 block of Cross Timbers Road –
An individual reported the theft of a cell phone valued at an estimated $500 while at a restaurant.

2-19 – Criminal Mischief over $500 and under $1,500 – 4200 block of Bonita Drive – An individual reported someone caused an estimated $1,000 in damages to her vehicle.

2-19 – Arrest – 4500 block of Lusk Lane – A 24-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams and three outstanding warrants from the Plano Police Department for charges including defective equipment, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of written notice to appear in court.

2-20 – Theft over $1,500 and under $20,000 0- 4200 block of Broadway Avenue – An individual reported the theft of a vehicle valued at an estimated $4,600 and a homemade trailer valued at an estimated $50.

2-20 – Arrest – Flower Mound Road at Cross Timbers Road – A 24-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with an outstanding warrant from the Denton Police Department for urinating in public.

2-20 – Arrest – 2200 block of 4th Avenue – A 34-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and four outstanding warrants out of Johnson County for charges including no liability insurance, defective equipment, expired inspection sticker and failure to appear in court.

2-20 – Arrest – 5700 block of Long Prairie Road – A 23-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

2-20 – Criminal Mischief over $500 and under $1,500 – 5900 block of Long Prairie Road – An individual reported someone vandalized her vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot.

2-20 – Burglary of Vehicle – 3100 block of Churchill Drive – An individual reported someone took several items from her vehicle while it was parked at a business.

2-20 – Burglary of Vehicle – 2900 block of Corporate Circle – An individual reported someone took several items from her vehicle while it was parked at a business. Among the items reported missing were several purses and a laptop bag valued at an estimated $550, a cell phone charger valued at an estimated $75, documents and other miscellaneous items valued at an estimated $300.

2-21 – Arrest – 2300 block of Justin Road – A 43-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with outstanding warrants for theft of property over $500 and under $1,500 from Dallas County and expired registration from the Arlington Police Department.

2-21 – Arrest – 1500 block of Stone Bend Lane – A 37-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

2-21 – Criminal Mischief over $500 and under $1,500 – 6600 block of Palermo Trail – A business reported someone vandalized a model home, causing an estimated $1,000 in damages.

2-21 through 2-23 – Burglary of Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse – 4800 block of Windmill Lane – An individual reported someone took a purse with an estimated $100 in cash and several credit cards from their vehicle. A department store later reported one of the stolen credit cards was used.

2-22 – Arrest – 8700 block of Wyatt Circle in Lantana – A 22-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with an outstanding warrant for a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol-minor out of Flower Mound.

2-22 – Arrest – 3200 block of Druid Way – A 37-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of assault causing bodily injury/family violence.

2-22 – Arrest – 7200 block of Interstate 35W – A 22-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with a charge of driving while intoxicated, first offense.

2-23 – Arrest – 3000 block of Flower Mound Road – A 45-year-old woman was taken into custody in connection with a charge of assault of a public servant – a third degree felony, resisting arrest or search – a Class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated with an open container.

2-24 – Burglary of Habitation – 2600 block of Leafspray Lane – A business reported someone removed an item from the kitchen valued at an estimated $1,000 and caused an estimated $800 in damages to the door of a model home.

2-24 – Burglary of Habitation – 2600 block of Creekside Place – A business reported someone removed four items from the kitchen valued at a total of about $4,200 and causing an estimated $800 in damages to the door of the model home.

2-25 – Arrest – 6400 block of Branchwood Trail – A 53-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with an outstanding warrant from the Denton County Sheriff’s Office for failure to comply/sex offender registration – a second degree felony.

2-25 – Arrest – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 28-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with outstanding warrants from Flower Mound for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in court.

2-25 – Arrest – 2000 block of Marlow Drive – A 22-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with an outstanding warrant from Flower Mound for theft of property over $1,500 and under $20,000.

2-26 – Theft under $50 – 1100 block of Flower Mound Road – An individual reported a known person took an elastic bandage valued at an estimated $5.98 from a grocery store.

2-26- Criminal Mischief over $50 and under $500 – 3100 block of Beaver Creek Drive – An individual reported someone caused $75 in damages to a yard at the residence.

2-27 – Arrest – 100 block of Valley Parkway in Lewisville – A 43-year-old man was taken into custody in connection with outstanding warrants out of Flower Mound for public intoxication and failure to appear in court.
