Several appointments and reappointments to boards and committees serving the Town of Flower Mound were named.
The following lists the board and name of new members effective Oct. 1:
Lewisville Independent School District liaison – Catherine Fox-Simpson
Animal Services Board – Christine Hastings, Clarene Schroeder-Brown, Cynthia Patterson, Charisse Davidson and two alternates, Jeffrey Kendall and Sandra Farnbrough
Board of Adjustment Oil & Gas Board of Appeals – Laile Neal, Stephen Harris and two alternates, Zephra Freeman and Christopher Baca.
Community Development Corp. – Scott Lang, director
Environmental Conservation Commission – Ellen Stallcup, Marilyn Lawson, Jennifer Romaszewski and two alternates including Carol Kohankie and Jim Cumbest
Parks, Arts and Library Services – Debbie Simon, Denis Toth, Ann Handren, Tersa Thomason and Brian Fox
Public Art Committee – Tammie Turner, David Gary, Annette Weir, Ron Miller, Mary Perkins and Melissa Perez
Planning & Zoning Commission – Claudio Forest, Sandeep Sharma, Emily Strittmatter, Don McDaniel, Mike McCall and two alternates including Itmar Gelbman and Freddie Guerra
