Flower Mound baseball wins state

Flower Mound’s baseball team brought home their first state title after shutting out San Antonio Reagan 10-0 in the 5A State Championship game today at Dell Diamond in Round Rock.

The Jaguars got off to a quick start and never looked back, putting seven runs on the board in the first two innings.

Seth Jordan and B.J. Myers threw a one-hitter for the Jags. Tim Millard had three RBI’s, while Mitch Andrews and Noah Hill had two RBI’s each. Boxscore / Play-by-Play

Jordan was named Most Valuable Player of the game.

Flower Mound ends the season with a 34-12-1 record.

The championship game will be replayed on Fox Sports Southwest on Saturday, June 14, at noon.
