Scattered thunderstorms will spread across Denton County early this morning as a cold front moves through the area, dropping temperatures into the 40’s, according to the National Weather Service.
Some storms may be severe with large hail as the primary hazard. Localized heavy rainfall may lead to flooding of some low-lying areas and cloud to ground lightning is possible with any storm.
