All Argyle students and community members are invited to James Woods Chevrolet in Denton for an Argyle High School Community Pep Rally and Tailgate on Wednesday, Sept. 19, from 6-8pm at the dealership, located at 3906 I-35E South Denton, TX 76210.
The event will celebrate the successes of Argyle High School’s football team who are the reigning District Champs and were the state runner up for last year’s 3A State Championship Game, the Cross Country Team who has won multiple state titles in both team and individual events, the Volleyball Team who has won multiple district titles, the award winning Cheerleaders who earned the top team title at camp along with many participants who qualified for All American, and the award winning AHS Band who holds four State Championship Titles.
GameDay Productions and Chevrolet’s Inside High School Football program, which airs on NBC 5, will be filming the event. This event will be show as a highlight in conjunction with Friday night’s game when the Eagles take on Kennedale.
Dinner will be included, compliments of Mooring Recovery Fire and Restoration, who will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs.
