Baton Rouge, La.-based Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers has partnered with the North Texas Food Bank to collect non-perishable food items for victims of Tuesday’s devastating tornado outbreak.
People are asked to drop off non-perishable food, snacks, toiletries, bottled water and other items in the designated boxes at their nearest Raising Cane’s Friday, Saturday and Monday (April 6, 7 and 9).
Candy for Easter baskets for children displaced by the storms will also be collected through Monday.
Raising Cane’s will be closed on Sunday so their employees can enjoy the Easter holiday with their families.
Please do not bring clothing or other large items, as the North Texas Food Bank cannot accept them.
All donated items will be distributed by the food bank to local families displaced by the tornadoes and relief workers.
There are two Raising Cane’s restaurants near Flower Mound in Lewisville: 1026 West Main Street and 720 Hebron Pkwy.
