Old-fashioned Fourth

The Copper Canyon Women’s Club sponsored their traditional July 4th Parade through the Woodlands subdivision on Saturday morning.

Parade participants, including Denton County Commissioner Andy Eads, lined up in front of town hall, along with residents and their guests in golf carts, bicycles, and wagons.

Fire Chief Mac Hohenberger led the parade with a fire engine manned by Argyle Fire District firefighters, while children rode up on top.

After the parade, everyone gathered at town hall for hot dogs and drinks.
