Jesse pushes me beyond my imaginary boundaries and I am so proud of myself when I realize I can actually lift weights, do squats & lunges (with bad knees) and actually get through a cardio workout. It is now a non-negotiable part of my week and I just do it!!!

I have learned how my metabolism works and how to maximize the food I eat by eating it at the right time of day. I have had to make some sacrifices but just use those as my rewards on days I can “cheat”! It has become a routine for me to eat healthy and stay that way.

I have been training with Jesse since Aug 2005 and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I continue to watch so many other success stories at the gym-it is so great to see other people succeed like I have, you never lack for inspiration. His Studio offers an incredibly inviting and invigorating vibe when you walk in the door, you always feel welcome. Great gym and great people!!!!
