The Flower Mound Fire Department stuffed their truck with brand new teddy bears to comfort young victims of traumatic events courtesy of Bicycles Plus in Flower Mound and Lewisville-based Mr. Restore at the "Biking for Bears" event on April 28.

The event included two 45-mile bike rides at the Bicycles Plus Flower Mound location on FM 2499. Each person participating donated a brand new stuffed bear.

The Flower Mound Fire Department sent out a fire truck for the kids to enjoy, and cyclists were treated to beer and barbeque after the race.
