About 85 women turned out at Andrew’s Restaurant in Bartonville on August 17th to help the Lantana Ladies League kick off their new year. 

Guests were introduced to the new board members and informed about the group’s events planned through May.  

“It was a wonderful way for new and old members to meet.  We look forward to an exciting new year for the Lantana Ladies League,” said Membership Director, Rhonda Williams.

Eighteen new members signed up at the membership drive event.

The Ladies’ second annual Amazing Race is gearing up for Tuesday, September 21st. 

The competition consists of several teams, each being driven around town in a limousine, in search of clues.  The team that finds the clues and comes up with the most answers within the two hour period wins the race.
