Keller Williams Realty Metro North office in Flower Mound is pleased announce that Kris Wise is now a Broker-Associate.   This is the highest level of achievement in the real estate community and Kris plans to put her additional knowledge to continued good use.

Kris Wise, lead agent of the Wise Advantage Group, lives in Bridlewood in Flower Mound and has been in the real estate industry for 10 years.  Kris maintains that her philosophy in business is that “it is all about relationships.  Our team focuses on building strong relationships and giving the best real estate experience we can deliver.” This is evident in the great success the Wise Advantage Group continues to enjoy.  “If you look at our stats, 50% of our listings sell in 30 days or less.  I would say we know our market,” Kris said.

The Wise Advantage Group continues to grow.  Gail Post, a real estate sales professional in Flower Mound, has recently joined the Keller Williams Realty Metro North office and is now a part of the Wise Advantage Group.  Gail was a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in 2002 & 2003 and is again eager to provide exceptional professional service to those looking for their dream home.

Originally from New Jersey, Gail lived and worked in Maryland and Florida before landing in Texas 20 years ago.  Her additional experience as a real estate paralegal and title escrow officer make her uniquely qualified to assist with all of her clients’ real estate needs.  Her passions include golf, interior design, fast cars, great wine, reading, and helping people.
